How to log in as operator?

  • Go to the Log in page
  • Write the username and the password of the operator
  • Click on button Log on

How to search among the orders?

  • Log in as Operator
  • In the main window go to Search
  • Write the unique order code
  • The search result will be your order

How to filter among the orders?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Go to the drop-down menu Filters
  • By Restaurant
  • By Status
  • By Channel
  • By Order Type
  • By Payment Type
  • By Time
  • After the filter is selected, the page will reload and return the results

How to see the details of the order?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Find the order
  • Click the button View
  • From Messages you can see the additional info for the completion of the order

How to accept an order?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Find the order
  • Click the button Options/Settings
  • A new window will appear with information about the order
  • Click the button Accept

How to reject an order?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Find the order
  • Click the button Options/Settings
  • A new window will appear with information about the order
  • Click the button Reject

How to modify an order?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Find the order
  • Click the button Options/Settings
  • A new window will appear with information about the order
  • Click the button Modify
  • A new window will open and here you can modify:
  • Location (Restaurant)
  • Add items
  • Remove items
  • Change the quantity of an item for a selected order
  • Comment on the client
  • Comment on the order
  • Change the time for the client (Delivery or Takeaway)
  • Add/Remove Discount
  • After changes were made click Send
  • After an order was modified, it automatically becomes approved.

How to send an order to POS?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Find the order
  • Click the button Options/Settings
  • After an order is approved, click the button Send to POS

How to send an order to a driver?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Find the order
  • If the order is Delivery and is approved, a button with which it can be sent to a driver will appear.
  • From the pop-up window with all available drivers, choose one
  • The order is assigned to the selected driver

How to create a new delivery order?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Click the button +Create New Order
  • In the new display, choose:
  • Type of order – Delivery
  • Date
  • Blank field in which write the phone number or the name of an already existing client in our system. After searching a client, a list of clients which meet the search request will appear.
  • If the client is new, click the button New Client
  • The next step is the Address display. This display appears only if the order is a Delivery. If the client is new, select his/her location. The following is the display where the order is processed.
  • If the client already exists in the system and already has addresses, you can choose one of them, edit, delete or create a new one.
  • The following display contains all of the available information about an order:
  • List with the available restaurants, from which you need to choose one.
  • After choosing a restaurant, all of its menus are loaded along with the categories and items with which you can fill your online cart. There is also a search bar for items.
  • A selected item is added on the order when clicking on its plus sign.
  • Quantities of the selected item
  • Discount bar – you can write the discount of the order
  • Delivery price – you can choose the delivery price of the selected order
  • Ordered from: (the client’s name)
  • Comment on the client
  • E-mail
  • Phone
  • The client’s address
  • Note – comment on the client’s address
  • Comment on the order
  • Choose an hour
  • After inserting the info needed, click Send.

How to create a new takeaway order?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Click the button +Create New Order
  • In the new display, choose:
  • Type of order – Takeaway
  • Date
  • Blank field in which write the phone number or the name of an already existing client in our system. After searching a client, a list of clients which meet the search request will appear.
  • If the client is new, click the button New Client
  • If the client is existing, click on his name and proceed to the next display
  • The following display contains all of the available information about an order:
  • List with the available restaurants, from which you need to choose one.
  • After choosing a restaurant, all of its menus are loaded along with the categories and items with which you can fill your online cart. There is also a search bar for items.
  • A selected item is added on the order when clicking on its plus sign.

How to add to a group of orders?

  • Log in as Operator
  • The group is made by 2 or more delivery orders. When one delivery is approved, a button Create and add to group will appear. After clicking the button, a group is created. When one of the orders is sent to the driver, automatically all of the others are also sent.

How to see the the data for the clients?

  • Log in as Operator
  • Find button Clients
  • Here all clients can be searched and their phones and E-mails, also choosing their access to menus.

How to manage the quantities?

  • Log in as Menu Administrator or Main Administrator.
  • Log in Main -> Quantities.
  • For every menu and given location there are two functions
  • Following and determining quantities – when a change is made it is updated immediately
  • Determining the initial quantity – determine after the start of the restaurant’s working time, the initial quantity of every item every day
  • In both panels there are the items, their current quantities and two buttons.
  • Button Remove – removes the quantities of a selected item.
  • Button Edit – here the quantity is selected: Unlimited, Quantity, Unavailable
